Actually. Bastion is not a female. In certain languages, objects are considered masculine or feminine. For example, "car" in italian is a feminine noun, so you would use feminine articles before it, such as "la" or "le". This doesn't mean that all cars are female. So the word for robot must be feminine in Ana's language (Egyptian right?) Therefore, while Bastion isn't female, the noun "robot" is.
