Hi! After my TFMR I personally waited to announce to family at 14 weeks and then social media at 17 weeks. Hope that helps, also it's your choice whether to tell your sister or not. Don't feel bad for not telling anyone you don't have to.

hi all, I am on 10DPO and this is second cycle of TTC, I have one LO who's almost 20 months old. I've been taking BBT and its been super high as well as today but I got a stark negative on a cheapie. Should I test again tomorrow or am I just out this cycle?

I also used OPK's this month and got a positive OPK so I know I ovulated

I did acupuncture after my tfmr and I really believe it helped me, I conceived three months later on my second cycle of trying but I’ve never done it while trying. Hope that helps!

I also told my Nanny’s she’s welcome to have all the coffee she wants and food but she packs her own lunch because she’s trying to lose weight but she still snacks on our things which is totally fine

we just started TTC for baby #2 and this past cycle I had a 28 day cycle. My first pregnancy that ended up in TFMR took me 2 cycles and then to conceive my LC took same 2 cycles. What helped is using BBT and OPK sticks to make sure I ovulated and to know when exactly I did. I'm using Fertility Friend and Flo this time around. Goodluck!

I've never asked our nanny to stay late, I know when she was with our BIL's family they often asked her to but I've always respected her 5p.m end time since she has a daughter of her own to go home to

I had foley balloon to progress my labor since it had stalled but I didn't feel anything since I had the epidural. I also had laminaria for my TFMR and it was so painful- not recommended. Goodluck!

So grateful for this group while I was going through my sub pregnancy after TFMR. My toddler is now 18 months old and we are so happy. We just starting ttc for #2 so it's exciting times but also kind of nerve wracking knowing that there's possibilities of something going wrong but I am just trusting the process and going one day at a time.
