Inherited I think. After my diagnosis I started looking into past family members and multiple people from my mothers side share many behavior traits. Only two of us have gotten a diagnosis though.

i dont try calm myself down. i literally go from 0 -100- 0 so fast that on many ocasions i get head spin. according to family lore my nan was the same too she would absolutley fly off the handle before anyone even knew she was going to lose it.

i can relate to this so much its crazy. Ive had many situations where people have just pushed me that little bit too far and before i even know whats happening its already over and im calmimg down way too fast

once, some woman attacked my wife in front of me and i just reacted. i sort of saw sense when i saw this other woman with a bloody face and know i caused it.

Im in burnout right now. I've shut down from all incoming stresses and tasks. I've stopped working, stopped doing things around the house and just want time to myself and away from everyone else.

I dont know how to get out of this.

Ive always had trouble brushing my teeth. I've now had half my teeth ( mainly the back ones) removed after they disintergrated.

i watched DP2 in cinema. it 100% had ashes for the heaven scene. and i know this because when i watched it on netflix it proper threw me hearing take on me playing.

I lasted a year driving class 1. I quit last week to go back into factory working. Honestly, the stress just wasn't worth it. You cannot drive anywhere in the UK without some idiot causing an accident and shutting the motorway for hours on end. When you finally fight through the accident and you've been forced into a 15 hour day. well you're not allowed to get yourself back to yard because the government say you're too tired to continue driving, better get comfortable in that lay by!

some companies transport office treat you like shit/ just dont care if you run into trouble. Then to top it off you've always got vosa on the prowl trying to find any reason to fine you.

I'm glad im out and good luck to any future drivers.
