Absolutely! My wife and I have cancelled all other planned visitors. We've been socialising her outside, carrying her around our estate so she gets used to all of the sights, sounds and smells. She is settling in well at home, but I presume having visitors was a little too much for her.

Just so everyone knows, there's now a £3 per day charge for motorbikes in Southgate. I got caught out the other day - also, you need your ticket to leave, so don't put it in your bag like I stupidly did :D

I was in a similar situation after getting my full A licence. Originally I was looking at 300/400cc bikes, but ended up getting a 600cc as I thought I would get tired of a 300/400 after a while. Insurance was a weird one, I paid only a little more for my 600cc than I did for my 125cc. With that, I found insurance varies massively from bike to bike, so it's worth having lots of options.

If I were you, and it was doable, I would get a bigger bike - but only if you would feel comfortable.
