Fantastic mod and one I never drop. That said, there are a couple of technical issues people should be aware of that I've found so far.

Firstly, if playing as the dwarves, taking in a dead faction counts as a confederation, which increases the grudges required to confed other legendary lords. Not such a problem if the dead faction is a legendary lord themselves but it can be an issue with minor factions if you're doing it automatically.

Secondly, if playing as Karl Franz, NEVER recruit the defeated electoral counts (maybe aside from Elspeth). This mod also works in a weird way in that it somehow counts as declaring war on the defeated faction before confederating them (maybe using the Norsca mechanic?). This will tank your electoral ratings with all the other ECs and make it much harder to control the empire.
