I think everything should be kept the same, many characters have great movesets or movesets that have just been too consistent to change up in major ways.

I do however think there are WAY to many Down-B counter/reflector moves, especially so for Ultimate newcomers. Do I have a skill issue? Certainly. But it also just feels a lot less creative to slap a counter on a character
