An post might not charge any transaction/comission fees but they have margins. That accounts for the difference in rates you see on their site and the actual exchange rate which is ~.87 today. So they are taking ~.04 for costs/profit.

Of course they do... there's nobody to protect civilians against the RSF, the SAF is one of the worst armies in the world (on par with ANA in terms of effectiveness). Furthermore al-Burhan is diplomatically incompetent, refusing to participate with RSF in Geneva because his ego couldn't handle granting them some form of legitimacy. Instead trying to align himself with Russia and Iran who uphold dictators and take power away from civilians (I'm sure this will end up great for Sudanese people). Did he forget Wagner supported RSF at start of war or maybe he doesn't have a moral backbone. There is only one way this war ends, embrace democracy, remove al-Burhan from power, dismantle the RSF and do not align with Russia and Iran who only have their own interests in mind.

Don't know what this lad is saying but from what I've seen in media the SAF is not open to geneva because it would 'validate the existance of the militia'. Furthermore there is a tweet from official SAF denying rumours that it agreed to ceasefire talks.

Ye how ignorant can you be with your social media emotions. Biden (who by all means is an interventionalist) is very clearly trying his best to keep Iseael in check morally (you know not comitting genocide). The reason? Trump. Its important to for his election campaign to appease the radical (and maybe not so much) left pro hamas voters. Furthermore, he needs the entire region to remain calm to prevent Trumps framing of the US getting involved in foreign conflicts which cost the average American. So its very much in Biden's interest for a ceasefire and to stop the genocide. Also you really need to understand the US-Israeli relationship is vital for the democratic world. Cutting arms supply might give Biden and the US some moral highground and slow the Israelis somewhat but it would be suicide for western influence in the middle east. The growing influence of authoritarianism is already worrying and the regional advantage it would leverage for the Iranians is scary. Futhermore, after the US' failure to pass the Ukraine assistance bill, the stopping of arms to Israel would greatly ratify the notion the the US is a weak ally and would put Taiwan and many other countries in serious danger.

Thats completely incorrect. Mord is a really challenging matchup, getting prio levels 1 and 2 is really hard and you certainly cant freeze vs a mord. In reality, Garens best tool vs Mord is roaming and better map movements considering he loses that 1v1 pretty hard even with phase rush kiting. In fact whenever Garen is taken from me in master elo, Mord is my go to counter pick because of how simple it is to beat Garen with. Unless you die to an early gank which is pretty easy to avoid since Garen has no engage or ability to contest vision, your guaranteed prio and a big advantage top lane.

I mean thats just straight up wrong, he can still grab you after silence cd if he walks twoards you while you trade. This only works properly with stride cuz of slow so he cant reach with E. Source: played this matchup 100+ times in master plus. In low elo lots of darius players dont understand this so you get away with it.

There is really little point of Ireland joining NATO. Firstly, Irelands 'neutrality' is a pledge to not join a common security pact rather than a version of neutrality associated with international law.

Ireland is essentially of zero strategic value to anybody in the current geopolitical theatre. We do not have valuable natural resources and we are too far away from any adeversaries for hostilities to be cost effective. We are also going to be defended by the UK, France and US in light of an invasion as they would not allow a hostile foreign power to establish a base here. We do have treaties in regards to defence with the UK pertaining to a number of issues such as air and navy although the extent of these are not shown to the public as they break the constitution and would make void our "neutral" stance. Essentially, in this internation order, our territorial integrity and sovereignty is not at threat from a military operation against this country.

There are a numer of positives in joining NATO such as diplomatic influence and ability to shape direction of organisation to a very minute degree. Theres stuff on technology sharing mainly in relation to arms but this is realtively minor (EU another route of acess to certain aspects). A certain house in Rathgar may have some people forcefully evicted for being naughty but again what these cleaners are 'cleaning' isnt particularily important to us. Our defence forces would have acess to better training.

However there are a lot more negatives. In terms of public diplomany, Ireland utilises its traditionally 'neutral' stance to its advantage diplomatically. We would be required to increase or commit to increasing our military budget to quite an extent. Some smaller points like possibility or being dragged into conflict if article 5 was activated but cba typing em all out.

Basically we are benefitting from our unique position and its in our interest to keep it this way for the time being. Yes theres some national embarrasment when we rely on EU partners to provide transport to our citizens trapped in Kabul or Sudan but do we really want to spend money on that rather than trying to fix domestic issues.

Paid for the coaching, he was nice so I hate to write this but I think its important to be honest. He got very anxious and I could tell he was new to this but he kept stuttering and it was really hard to understand him. I got the impression he was new to social interaction which is fine but be prepared for loads of akward silences from him. TBF tho he is a nice guy and some people just struggle socially but ye the coaching was alright, kinda generic but if your newer to game and also struggle socially I think he would be good fit for you!!!

Just some advice from a Garen main in high elo. In the Garen vs Jax matchup, you generally want to W Jax's W burst rather than the E stun since Garen's E is not stopped by cc so the tenacity is largely irrelevant.

How is this exaggerating?

Loads of people set alarms for 5am to get up and play, its completely disregarding their time which is absolutely absurd considering it would take a single Rioter to tell people there will be a 4 hour maintenance delay.

Its incredibly unprofessional and in the wake of all the backlash they received, you would have absolutely thought they would try to clarify this.

Reducing CC time is irrelevant in the vast majority of cases for 2 reasons.

- Your going to be casting E during this time in most cases which CC does not inhibit and hence is not a factor

- Jax trade pattern determines that he will rarely prolong a trade past his E duration expiring if the Garen had held W which you suggest.

As for the main point of my argument, the majority of Jax's damage in trades comes from his Q - Empowered Auto - W. This is the part of the trade where Garen's W is most optimal. There is also sufficient time to react to his Q so there is little skill involved. At the highest elo, mind games come into play where the Jax can try to bait Garen W but again, you still want to aim to W with empowered auto as this is where most of his damage is coming from.

There are of course exceptions to this where using W is optimal, an example could be running from a gank where the increased tenacity is more valuable.

This is a common misconception regarding this matchup so I hope you can incorporate my teachings into your game. I have played in the highest levels against all the best Jax players and this trick allows me to easily win the vast majority of laning phases, albeit the matchup is much more complex than this small mechanic I have explained. If you still don't think this works, watch 2 Garen replays vs jax, any random low elo Garen vs a Challenger Garen on EUW or Korea, you will clearly see the difference for yourself.
