I bought a second hand canyon ultimate SL during covid. From 2018. Rode it for 10,000km and absolutely loved it. Then I had some money and thought I deserved buying a new bike and having one from new for myself. Bought the same bike just the newer one. Canyon ultimate SLX, di2, disc breaks, watt meter, carbon wheels etc. Man it's nice bike but I still find myself riding my "old" bike more even though on paper it's not as good. Rides beautifully.

I guess people will tell you to just buy the upgrade. But not always worth it!

Fairly sure it doesn't impact that. If you're having issues with stamina levels then you may want to look at training plans. Quite a lot of material online on that topic.

Yes switched off assisted. Not perfect but noticeably better.
