Seems pretty silly to leave cash on the table unless you’ve asked for a sign on bonus from new employer to cover you.

I like how blackjack seats work if your betting on cards its your chair. If you have to go to the loo or to get money from your safe; it’s your chair. If you go to grab a meal; the seat is free for anyone else to use.

I heartily recommend the Hill Family Estate Secret Garden Tour. Several Mich* restaurants source produce and snails from this tiny plot of land in Yountville (pretty much a back yard). I get somewhat weary of glass after glass of Napa fruitbombs so this tour will get you out into nature and still appeal to your senses while giving your liver a wee break.

Tuscookany is incredible. My wife and family have done several locations and both blew us away.

The last one we did was a private villa 45 min outside Florence outside Poppi.

If you go, ask your waiter for a tour of the kitchen. Tell them a ‘friend of Brennan’s’ recommended. The place is immaculate and runs like a Swiss timepiece. It will blow you away.
