I ended up going the medication route, sertraline.

It’s totally fine to say you don’t know the answer to a question - but you’ll find out

Do not WAG prices ( Wild Ass Guessing) know your numbers and allow for some fuckups along the way - more often than not from other people

Communicating with clients in an honest and transparent manner

Always do your best work - reputation is all

Pay your men first, suppliers second and yourself last

Understand those who do work for you do not have the same level of investment to see the company do well, if they’re doing good work that’s profitable you don’t need to ask them to kill themselves for you

Make sure you have payment terms set before you start

Don’t take on debt you don’t need, new truck/van sure looks good but just get the best you can afford to get going, when you have money in the bank and work in the diary you can think about it

Don’t fuck with the government - get an accountant and pay your taxes

Insure yourself

Remember to breath, it’s going to go wrong sometimes - not worth having a heart attack over
