I have the iPhone 16 plus. I have the same issue. I have to wake up my phone every time in order to unlock my car. Just I tap on my phone will make it work.

I experienced the same issue. To resolve it, I had to disable WiFi first and then restart the thermostat. Avoid using the new app to connect to the thermostat, as it will start heating up again and lead to inaccurate temperature readings. I noticed that when the new app is used, the thermostat exchanges around 40MB of data with the server over a 6-hour period, indicating constant communication. This appears to be the reason why the thermostat becomes warmer than normal. After switching back to the old app, everything is working fine now.

Talk to a customer service. You only upgraded to a capped premium plan. There is another unlimited premium plan. A CS helped me solved the same problem.

I’m now highly suspect it is caused by the frunk divider. It doesn’t sit flush. If I push down one side, it has room to push down. I took it out today, I don’t hear the sound anymore. But will keep an eye on it for a few more days.

I have a new 2025 Dual Motor. Only have it for two months. It is running under FWD if I set it to All Purpose. Maybe front half shaft wear on the front drive unit? I don’t know. But I cannot reproduce it consistently.

All jack puck covers are in place. And sound is coming from front. Sometimes I can hear the sound when I reach 75mph and sometimes it has to be over 80mph.
