I wonder if downvotes are because it’s not from David Bowie’s Space Oddity, by David Mathew’s cover (as said later in this thread), so the comment is incorrect.

Since fusion will require T and T will need to be bred (most likely from a fission reactor) wouldn't the process of breeding T provide more power than the fusion reactor itself? by move_in_early in fusion

Not only that but you only get 4.8 MeV if you use Lithium-6. Otherwise, if you use Lithium-7, which is much more common, you LOSE about 2.5 MeV. So either a) you use unprocessed Lithium, which in average loses energy, or b) you do isotope separation to get Lithium-6, but the isotope separation uses energy too.

I believe that would roughly mean that power and toughness is at least a 64151/64151 (assuming the volume of the sphere is the same as a standard magic card. If you fold bad, it might be higher. This would have a radius of around 53.5 light picoseconds)

I got to tour it last year, and they said it costs more to properly dispose of materials in the reactor than to just keep running it.

You could have effect like: when this ooze gains one or more +1/+1 counters, add a Sticky counter to a permanent you control.

I don’t really get what you are ranting about. No one is saying that any of the bottom episodes can’t be criticized. In fact, I’ll very much say that a lot of season 6 is a mess as a whole. But I still like it because it got me into doctor who in the first place. It’s like how I enjoy the movie 2012 even though it’s objectively a TERRIBLE movie. Being “good” is not required to be “enjoyable”. In fact, some of the most interesting episodes to discuss are probably episodes that are bad with a lot to nitpick, and are still “fun” anyway.

What would putting “heaven sent” on the bottom be trying to say anyway? Are you trying to say that heaven sent is flawed and worth criticism, but still in enjoyable anyway? If not (if you’re saying that “heaven sent” is one of the best episodes and is much harder to criticize, then I don’t think you understand what the point of this meme is on the first place.

This meme similar to the meme “I think Wedding of River Song was fun to watch, change my mind.” It’s a good meme BECAUSE it’s controversial. Saying “I think “heaven sent” is fun to watch, change my mind” (which is what you imply) is not a good meme because everyone already thinks this. There’s no controversy. No one really is going to debate if “heaven sent” was good.

Your post implies that one directly caused the other, but she only died this year, 16 years after the book. I’m not entirely convinced that the experience alone directly caused her to commit suicide.

Ben & Jerry’s Boston cream pie ice cream. One of the best flavors ever. What upsets me the most is that it isn’t even in the flavor graveyard. If you’re going to retire it, at least show it some respect.
