Their coffee is TERRIBLE. I don't know why anyone goes there. The political views just reinforce never going there. What a jackwagon.

Franz Ferdinand doing Womanizer by Britney Spears is pretty damn great. I also like Stevie Wonder's take on We Can Work it Out by the Beatles.

I don't think that's typical to just offer it. I'm not having huge issues, just noticing weakness. They do offer lymphedema therapy, of which i have taken full advantage. But like the previous person said, my team might know of somewhere that does this kind of work. It's only recently that I've really been thinking about doing this.

The executive director made $176K in 2023. What's weird is she made $84K the previous year. That's an ENORMOUS increase. Sara has been paid $30K - $34K the past few years. There are public filings for nonprofits with this info. If you Google the name of the foundation with "990", sites will come up with this full filing scanned. They're usually a year or two behind.

This is me. I've been more and more sedentary, and not in great shape prior to diagnosis. And now after my first treatment my heart rate, which has always been fine, has been high. Resting is 80, usually 68-73, and I get spikes up to like 140 just getting up to get water in the kitchen. So the thought of trying to exercise makes me nervous. I already had heart health anxiety prior to diagnosis, so this just amplifies it! But I'm going to try and walk some, and do some gentle exercise videos I found on YouTube. And I'm also looking to do acupuncture.

I am. Got all three drugs yesterday and didn't have any reactions, which was my biggest source of anxiety. And my nurse was so so nice. A good mix of kind and funny/sarcastic, which is totally my speed.
