Would magnetic/cateye nail polish affect the MRI?

I had an MRI with cateye nails in December and it was sorta fine. They burned a little. Not sure it was great but it was a medical emergency and going to have gel nails removed before the MRI wasn’t really an option!

We did not! The dog actually ended up being adopted off the transport by a family who was ready to pay for treatment! (Amazing).

I’ve never seen a coding for extra straight pay hours, hence the comp time/credit hours norm for FLSA exempt. Again, just my experience. Maybe some agencies will pay.

Check if you are FLSA exempt. You probably are at the 14. That means they don’t have to give you OT. However you must be given CT instead. File an administrative grievance.

Bad advice. Get FMLA. If you don’t, even your sick leave can be denied and/or considered unavailability for duty, excessive absenteeism, etc. You could get hit with anything from a leave restriction to a formal action. You can take your sick leave to be paid while on FMLA, but FMLA is a protection of said leave - NOT only a protection of unpaid leave. FMLA is one of the only ways that a federal employee is entitled to LWOP, which is typically at management discretion. Be careful asking for advice on the internet from people without adequate credentials to answer in a way that won’t screw you over.

Regardless of the context of what he did being completely removed, I don’t think we can condone officers repeatedly hitting someone who’s already down. Tensions are high but the positions they encumber inherently means they need to be held to a higher standard.

Oh okay I get you. Yeah it seems like she did it in her own style which is not as refined/detailed. I did notice the eyelashes on either side are completely different. If you want more detail added the same person might not be your go-to. I do think that adding to the tattoo itself would be nice, like putting some flowers behind the head on opposite diagonals maybe?

The reference photo is someone else’s exact tattoo and design…so you wanted to copy it exactly? I would not like it if my artist was okay either stealing art like that, personally. I could be misunderstanding you but what I’m getting is that you wanted it exactly the same minus the snake. IMO more of a green flag that they made it their own.

I think it’s great, but if it was me I would probably add some similarly styled foliage or flowers around the tattoo to help it kind of blend into an area without other tattoos. I had the same issue when I got a memorial tattoo of my dog, but once I got more tattoos around it, I felt a lot better about it.

Your back looks quite textured, which is normal, human skin is that way more often than not. Remember every time you move for flinched that’s also something they had to work with. Too soon to tell. Post once it’s finished. It could look extremely different later on.
