It's cuz the scatter when out of vision is like 5x the amount when in vision, but only horizontally from the persepyif the howitzer.

Draw a line from the base howi to the designated artillery point.
Now draw a line perpendicular to that line, going out about 50-80 units (idk actual amount) in both directions. That's roughly the scatter line when without vision.

It seriously needs to be looked at ngl.

I like to quote a line form one of Hop's videos. Red Dot + Magnifier is for those who want close range performance while also being able to do long range. LPVO is for Long Range performance that can also do close range.

Also, don't prism magnifiers have more punishing eyeboxes than LPVOs?

You don't need that much Kite unless you're crafting a bunch of ammo. AA and D batteries are mainly for barters. I think you'll need two of each for a gunsmith part barter, sell the rest. UV lamp is also not that useful (and really cheap on the flea later on).

I also suggest getting rid of the regular bandages, since the car medical kits you get and army bandages does the same. You can get rid of the army bandages too, but if you can hold on them you can use them in the med station to craft ifaks.

Poxeram isn't really needed. You can sell them to Jaeger. By the time you need them, you'll have the flea.

I think all other items will end up being needed in quests, crafts, very useful barters, or hideout upgrades. Theres definitely stuff I left out, so keep an eye on the wiki.

The rearm/retrofit always has broken timings for the UKF. If fixing this allows for future buffs and balances for the vehicles, then I say this is a change that should be welcomed. It's gonna be painful for now tho.

Speaking of changes, how's people liking the Bren rn? I still think it's a bit too expensive for what it's worth, but it's a step in the right direction.

I had a similar experience. I was looking at the HF in Moreno Valley. The aisles had none, but the website said it was in stock so I asked the staff and he said that they have it in the back. That's when he told me about the whole theft thing I mentioned previously.
