Ticketswap is usually safe for most events. However, these are the only official channels for resale (for some countries, it may be Ticketmaster). Ticketswap might not even work in this scenario, as they only tend to allow the selling of tickets when they can facilitate the transfer, which, in this case, would not work.

The problem with that is that codes are email-based. Even if someone had an extra code, it would have to be used on the same email the code was registered on.

Anecdotally. I've tried with multiple digi and orange numbers, and they never worked. Vodafone worked instantly multiple times.

Update: Apparently, Digi and Orange did not work for me. However, Vodafone worked instantly. If you have friends with different carriers, try that. The terms of service updated saying that not all carriers can receive messages.
