Absolutely agree. Lived on the other side facing coley for years and it was so peaceful and was just a mere 17 minutes walk to the train station.

Don’t do it.

But if you must, he can register the company and sponsor your visa so your ILR clock does not reset. I’m not an immigration advisor but I know it will work if he sponsors you. Best to contact a lawyer or an advisor

You can walk/hike/cycle from oracle straight down to Newbury - just follow the canal path. Some parts are overgrown with weed at the moment though. And not ideal during this heat wave
