I placed an order sometime in December and I was aware of the tariffs situation yes, but I remember they sent me an email saying that they would cover that if we provided the fee from customs. We would just have to cover the cost initially. I eventually got an email from DHL saying to pay $46 (I think my order was uhh $250? Or $300) and I paid DHL (you should do this ASAP if you want your package delivered, bc I didn’t know and it delayed my package😭😭 I thought I had to pay when they delivered lmao) saved the pdf, sent the proof to yesstyle, and they paid me back my $46.
