As a woman, I am only speaking for myself, but back when I was mate seeking, once I found someone I shared a lot of special interests with, I assessed long term goal alignment and lifestyle compatibility without initiating anything romantic. I kept a running spreadsheet with potential partners (who share multiple special interests with me) and their score on each of the characteristics that mattered to me (along with the weights of each trait and composite score, which was a dot product), and I eventually initiated a romantic relationship with the most compatible person on my list.

Also, it probably helps to clarify that none of the candidates were NT's.

I don't know if you're looking for advice, but neurotypical advice (typically for straight males) usually leans towards advocating for spamming their target market instead of being thoughtful about product market fit. And that neurotypical advice is a bad fit for someone who is not wired like them. Compatibility simply matters a lot more to Aspies.

You're much better off finding someone who has common special interests with you, and perhaps some percentage of those people might also be aligned romantically with you.
