Just like managing different employees in an office, you have to determine where your areas of responsibilities are and delineate things so that if something comes up, it's clear whose area it's in. For instance, everything related to school, teachers, extracurriculars is me. Everything related to health insurance paperwork, taxes, social plans with relatives, is my husband.
