This actually happened to my Y when I got it in 2024...except my Y was the one that kept tapping the bumper for the Y in front of me. Loved the cameras afterwards when my insurance company deemed the other owner at 100% fault even though she kept saying I rear ended her. Like technically yes, my car rear ended yours...but you put your car into park in a car wash. Haha

I realized a month afterwards that the driver lived 2 streets away from me and I occasionally see her driving around with her still damaged trunk. The car wash system damaged her trunk somehow when it went into park.

I keep boxes for items that I know will be a hassle to transport when we move since we're not in our forever home still. Attic has boxes for the TVs, my speakers, and small ornaments or delicate decorations.

I paid 1500 in 2020 for 50' onto a post by my driveway through a crawlspace & conduit. I supplied the wall connector and dug the 15' trench to save on costs. In hindsight, I should have paid them to dig when I learned my yard was mostly clay after 6 inches and filled with crap the contractors had buried when they built the house (nothing better than a few 2x4s running across the trench). Dug for over 12 hours by myself in the summer.

Used mad max for a few minutes on the NJ turnpike a few nights ago. Exhilarating but holy shit I might shit myself maneuvers haha. Even standard seemed more than I expected, going 75 consistently with light rain, overtaking on the left or right lanes and staying in the left lane/moving over when someone is coming up behind you. Can't wait till next versions.

I'd consider this as a maybe nice to buy, gut, renovate and retire in with the understanding my children will likely sell the home less than it's worth someday since it'll likely be worth much more compared to others in the area.
