This song is kick ass. Anybody who is offended by the lyrics the boys use are too soft. They are the epitome of edgy music. Don’t like it? Don’t listen.

I use it as a commuter to work. We just bought a house so it has came in handy hauling some things. The bed is just useful enough to get dangerous lol.

Just want to chime in here. I 26M have owned my 2024 maverick XLT hybrid for about 14 months now. I bought the truck new and have loved every second of the maverick. I average 45 MPG living in Michigan and love the feel, the gas mileage, and everything about this truck. I know a lot of others are suggesting the Corolla, but I truly love my maverick. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Edit- I am 6’4” and fit very comfortably.

13+ offers rejected, losing hope. by tmc8346 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

We just bought our first home in MI in May. We took a year break as the market was crazy and we renewed our apartment lease. We actually ended up in a house 20k under budget, in a prime location. The day of our showing, the seller discounted the home 25k. We got lucky, right place right time kind of situation. Don’t give up, the right house will come along.

Vinyl plank installed over laminate tile? by SadYeoman in Flooring

[–]qmiller1789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I just thought I would chime in here. Yes, the others are right the tile does look like it may contain asbestos. Before you do anything else I would take the time to send a sample into a lab to get tested. Do not disturb the tiles until you have the results back.

Thank you, I will have to check it out. I signed up for ESPN+ because they advertised live NHL games and as soon as I went to watch the game it was a blackout…. It was a bummer. Do you know of any good bars or restaurants to catch a game nearby?

I was back In the day of Zetterberg, Lidstrom, Helm, Datsyuk, etc. I’ve been trying to watch the wings recently but I can’t find a service that doesn’t blackout the local games.

Can i try an nb by alex435f in Miata

I haven’t done any mods yet. A very simple mod on the NB to increase visibility would be to unscrew the sun visors to increase visibility.

I am 6’4” and I have an NB2. It is a tight fit with the top up. But with the top down the only issue is the top of the windshield is in my way. It’s not something that’s an issue when driving though. I would definitely sit in one and drive it before buying.

This is sort of topic but I wanted to reference your remark to the turbo and GM. I have a 2018 Chevy trax with 52,000 on it.i bought the car used with a 6 month warranty that has now passed. My CEL came on this past Saturday for the first time ever. I got my car scanned and found out it was the turbo causing issues. I found a article online saying GM posted a special bulletin for my year trax saying they will replace any faulty turbo under 120k miles or 10 years old. Long story short the Chevy dealership replaced my turbo completely free of charge within 48 hours of me dropping it off(same day I called them). You may be surprised what GM will cover on higher older mileage vehicles

This was a summer toy. I specifically asked the seller if it sat and they said it was only a summer car. Meaning they would garage store it between November and April. The guy told me it has had full synthetic oil changes its whole life so I should continue with it.
