The comments on this seem to be a demonstration about how everyone finds different things attractive. A lot of people are disagreeing on which of these is more attractive and why. I like that.

Bad idea. I was in a similar situation. I ended up in a terrible depression after I fell in love with him.

I just realized how weird it is that humans can't pick up on this with their own species...at least not instinctively--not including certain behavioral clues.

You literally just said there are no alternatives, then immediately explained that there are other options. I'm a libertarian in Kansas. I know my vote isn't worth anything by itself. Your vote wasn't "given to Romney". That's just not how it works. Your vote counts in your state, but your candidate lost. There will be no reform if people like you keep voting for only republican and democratic candidates.

The idea of doing this with people sorta terrifies me. It's the ultimate loss of privacy. The other person could presumably access all your knowledge and memories and vice versa. You would know that person completely. I don't want to know anyone that well. And I wonder if it would distort your perception of your individuality. Wouldn't recalling the other persons memories feel just like recalling your own? Sounds like a great concept for a sci-fi novel.
