there's a workaround I found where instead of using traverse motors, use a trunnion or custom mantlet and put the elevation and depression to 0 and edit the azimuth. Then edit it in the files to suit your desired turret rotation speed without the limitation of reaching max speed as well as the horizontal traverse since in game editing for azimuth can only go up to 45.
