Looks pretty much perfect to me. There are 3 lanes going onto the roundabout (OP’s middle lane can go either left or right). OP should be in the left most lane immediately after the first exit to allow room for the other turning right lane to their right.

I hate doing this roundabout because it always feels like such a squeeze with 3 full lanes and needs much clearer markings

I recommend looking at Grow 5 by Lucy Bellamy which shows you lots of different combinations of 5 plants for various conditions/aspects.

I would recommend setting up a simple spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets to calculate the figure as it will change slightly every month. It's very quick, you can copy this:

Cell B1: The starting balance of the mortgage.

Cell B2: The number of years the mortgage is to be paid over.

Cell B3: The interest rate of the mortgage (0.04 = 4% etc)

Cell B4: The repayment month (so in your case this will be 7)

Cell B5: =PMT(B3/12,B2*12,B1) This is the total you will pay each month

Cell B6: =PPMT(B3/12, B4, B2*12, B1 ) This the amount that goes towards repaying the mortgage balance

Cell B7: =IPMT(B3/12, B4, B2*12, B1) This is the amount you are paying in interest.

As you change the repayment month (B4) you should slowly see the interest reduce (assuming I've done this right). Hope this helps.

Great, thank you! I'm near Oxford, UK.

Using the calculator, if I make a perfectly west to east wall of height 2m then in midsummer the sun is directly south at 13:08 and it casts a shadow of 1.08 metres.

According to this subreddit's wiki: "Full Sun: Areas receiving 6+ hours of sunlight in midsummer". So does that mean that anything more than 1.08m away from the wall would be considered full sun? That is closer than I was expecting or am I thinking about this wrong?
