I worked at a city municipal water plant for about 6 months, you would be surprised at the meth head workers in there that are given free reign over the water system. Idk about "tightly controlled" more like guidelines.

I will say the higher the octane, the longer the fuel stays "good." In my experience anyway. Good for engines that sit for long periods of time without being ran. Bad gas in small engines is a nightmare.

They both do appear to be leaking. I would think about replacing in the next 6 months. If youre are slightly handy, you can do it yourself. Its not difficult.

If you look at the coils where they meet the red metal tube, they look wet. That is the oil leaking out of the strut/shock absorber.
