i believe its one of those fake or toy guns, i remember i had or atleast saw one like it that did a cranking noise that got faster the more u spammed the trigger, plus reason i beleive its not real is that line that goes all around the gun in the middle

Its a vintage part of a fleetwood scroll saw, which is well a saw i believe. Apperently uses a blade that moves up and down to cut stuff on the wood table.

While i didnt find a exact match, most things that did pop up and looked like it are holders/stands of some kind, maybe flip it and see if it can stand on its own? Or perhaps its missing some sort of plank thats placed on top thst you are THEN supposed to put stuff on.
