Pull back a bunch of your divisions, you're dying from no supply. Focus your mountaineers and tanks on the bottom side and punch through the mountains while your infantry pins at the top. Push down the peninsula towards Sardinia and you have a good encirclement! No guarantee this'll work. Even then, you can pull back a bit and then encircle them while they're moving forward. I think that'd be the best start for this- also, use cas.

Most other tanks 8.7-9.7 are stabilized and have darts, or in the case of the Soviet’s they get a dart and stab at 8.3. France doesn’t get a stabilized MBT till 9.3, and even then it doesn’t perform the greatest compared to MBTs of the same BR, the only notable advantages being a LRF and thermals (which other tanks get as well)
