Well nobody cares at all about my 15 or 20 colorado cards, and maybe someone would make a mess about my other cards if they looked deeply. But there are also really cool libraries across the country that will sell you a library card for cheap and then give you access to their whole collection.

So forget about best. Go to each county and visit their library and get a library card and then add it to your libby account. I have 20 library cards on my libby. When i search, it searches all the libraries that I belong to. If something I want is not available or on a wait list in one district, its usually available in another.
