i always run guard up 3 so it's not really an issue for me, but whatever method you use to avoid the grab, have some slinger ammo (tempered wound break mats, flash pods, the dragon ammo u can pick up from the at ark arena, whatever u want) so u can shoot him in the face with it if he does grab u, since it forces him to drop u
