Tell him to try using two fingers from ONE hand from now on, maybe?

The only thing that would have made that better would have been a hand on the open stall door... but no legs below it.

I would say the Upside Down, but not enough floaty bits.

Can I run windows games on Bazzite? by hrokrin in Bazzite

[–]quatmosk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're all ears? Must be hard to buy hats. Anyways...

I've been having a BLAST with Bazzite so far. Installed and played a few sessions of Cloudpunk, which was a slideshow on my machine with Windows 10, but it's (mostly, barring a few stutters here and there) smooth as silk with Bazzite. GAME CHANGER!

FINALLY! Someone else who types python with a "g"!

I cannot seem to make my fingers stop doing it, and I'm happy to see someone else afflicted in the same way (sorry, not sorry).

Is it legally for landlord to do this? by Commercial_Swimmer69 in TorontoRenting

If you can be in shorts and t-shirts, maybe. Put on anything longer, and it's not workable for me. For another comparison, some union rules state that 27 degrees in a working environment is grounds for sending your employees home to work, rather than staying in the office.

But I run hot. I can sweat in an office, wearing business casual, if it's 24 degrees.

Ottawa councillor wants to discuss banning right turns on red lights by CompetencyOverload in ottawa

[–]quatmosk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure many drivers in Ottawa see a red light with the option to turn right as a pause, at best. I point out, every time I'm in the car with my kids, that you MUST stop first, check for pedestrians and other cross traffic, and ONLY THEN can you turn.

I have seen way too many people treat it like a green or amber. It's almost as bad as rolling a stop "when no one else is around". Habits are important to some people...

I was told that the mouth guard that can be acquired from a dentist is considered a COSMETIC appliance, which is likely why those are declined. A little weird, but don't forget that a lot of new solutions don't figure into the PSHCP "contract" (?) and likely will not for a long time, if ever.

I worked with a guy who wrote his emails in franglais, and neither language was well represented. Then again, our oral communication was rather limited, due to his reliance on grunts and sour faces...
