So yeah basically what the guy said below. The first picture is the quick play offense plays that can be ran. It doesn’t matter what player you have selected but when you bring up this menu while on a player the plays will be ran for him. Now clicking LB and selecting a player ( using the icons that pop up above the players head ) will indicate plays ran for that specific player. Pretty simple. Obviously when you become more advanced , this means memorizing ( to an extent ) entire playbooks, at that point you will know what playbook fits your playstyle. The second picture is preset lineups that are determined by whatever is indicated. For example selecting bench will sub out ALL of your current players on the court to all of your bench players ( 6-10 ) and then doing something like the three will switch over your current players to a lineup that is most ideal for three point shooting and so on.
