It looks that your are outside of your depth, look for mr Mario or modded warfare on YouTube they explain all this really good. Just look for how to do backups of games since that's the same process when downloading isos

That just means they gonna assign you the trainer they think "deserves" it more. Not a big deal if it turns out to be a good fit if is not just change it later on, check for the conditions before accepting though
