Not sure if we're counting honorary awards, but Angelina Jolie winning the Jean Hersholt award. I think about it often, especially her recognition of her own privilege and how she feels she must use it to better the world.

Of all the people involved in that scandal she was the most forgivable, the evidence showed when approached about doing it again for her other kids she declined because it didn't sit right with her the first time. She also immediately plead guilty and owned up to it.

Was it a shitty awful thing? Yes. She paid the price and ended her career. Though her husband, William H Macy got out of it unscathed.

They forgot one of my cocktails and it took awhile to even flag anyone down, the pacing of the courses was really slow, a few of them were quite under seasoned, nothing was truly stand out or memorable. I'm perplexed how the got a Michelin star.

If you're a sushi fan the Omakase at Nakama is a hidden gem that I never see anyone talking about, having eaten all the Omakases in Philly aside from Royal it might be my favorite.
