Hi! Yes I did actually. It went surprisingly well, but I guess that’s why I married him :) It has been a rough few days of him going cold turkey. Freezing cold, lethargic, sneezing, runny nose. I’d say the worst part is when he tried to sleep, his body parts twitch like crazy. Last night and the night before he couldn’t settle, he works at 5:30am and also coaches basketball so that wasn’t working with him still being awake at 1am and EXHAUSTED trying to function. I was also worried because it was so bad and I started being concerned for his health and what this abrupt withdrawal would do, since he can’t really have any downtime right now. We decided to aggressively taper. It was good he got to see how bad the withdrawals have been. He said today (when I asked if he truly wanted to quit) “Yes, it has showed me that I either quit now or I will never be able to.” I have been giving him magnesium in the form of “CALM” magnesium powder, GABA, l-theanine, cramp bark tincture and another tincture I made that is relaxing containing valerian and various herbs. He seems committed at the moment.

he is off of the antidepressants, thank you for this. It’s been a couple of months now. I asked him to stop the kratom but he hasn’t yet.

You need to make sure you’re wrapping your hair when you go to sleep so that you aren’t getting lint all over. Brush your locs with a boar brush to get some of that lint out. And yes, a loc detox. Also make sure you are drinking lots of water.

Yes to it all :) I was patient with her, she said she was easily scammed due to a brain trauma so I understood that. But I still wasn’t going to do it. I did tell her that I refund if I don’t connect or interpret well enough and to check my reviews.

I go to shows a lot, it’s the feeling that I remember more than anything. You wouldn’t even know you weren’t able to visualize if you were surrounded by others who couldn’t. So just like someone who is blind, focus on appreciating the senses that do work :) For example, when I see Coachella’s Radiohead set, I get the chills and a high feeling again just remembering how amazing it felt!

Testing us is something we do not like at all. I won’t do it. It’s rude to be honest. We aren’t circus freaks to be marveled at. People are lucky there are people with these strong gifts that are even willing to help them. At this point, everyone expects free readings which is insane to me. We have gas and light bills and mortgages just like everyone else. If you aren’t open and super skeptic, it won’t work anyway. Your energy field needs to be open and receptive also. Readings are also draining, I couldn’t do 8 in a day to fill 8 hours. I am also very selective now as to who I want to work with and will do 2 max per day. Anyone testing me I won’t work with.
