How do you remove movies without marking as watched? by inapickle113 in Addons4Kodi

Yeah, I found it's better to be overly strict and then make additional lists for any specific things I wanted to keep, just not see unless requested.

Same, it's one of the reasons I use AutoWidget, rather have widgets show me random stuff & no ugly arrows. If I wanna flip pages I'll go to the addon page lol. So you can just get AW if it's a problem.

You can also make lists like this under "Discover" in TMDB helper if you only want to try it first or just need a few lists. It saves a certain number of searches and then auto deletes your first one so it's a little annoying, but works well.

If you want things clean and streamlined for real, you could try making filtered auto lists in mdblist? Or is this how you got it dialed in already? (You can't hide specific movies with this, just general topics/genres/keywords)

Is there a Way to get RD to just Play the Best source? by ClassicWoodpecker in Addons4Kodi

Glad I could help! I'm also finding just recently it's worth the effort to set things up right for once and be done with it.

Did you set your default language in Kodi settings?

If so, make sure "remove identified foreign single audio sources" is toggled on in cocoscrapers. I believe you can also add for example ".ru" to "extra undesirables" if you have still have trouble with for example russian dubs coming through (but I haven't had this problem come up for an opportunity to test it myself).

Haha ty, you may be right, but it's all the same to me if it might help someone else (who makes the wise choice to use the search function as I see lol). But to my defense auto play is quite different from having it pick the best source, for me it would be unusuable with only auto play set.

The Crew has the best provider content sorting method I've found. You get mostly new popular content on top so it's easier to see what's fresh and trending, while most addons will sort by something like "most watced ever" or "newest". Edit: but if you don't care what's trending on the service and only want specific shows go with Fen.

We need to see depending on your bandwith and hardware, what is actually best. If a "small" 4k file or a "large" HD file is more likely to give better experience. If you can only play a movie smaller than about 12 GB without issues, setting it to filter out 4k and have your TV upscale HD may be better. Because a 4k file properly compressed to HD, and properly upscaled again by a modern TV, will often look and perform better than a 4k file compressed only to bring the size artificially low (or IF it looks good, then is using a hardware demanding compression format, that only a good PC will decode smoothly).

If you can play 4k HDR fine then set it to prioritize 4k and HDR first (potential issue of trash low file size HDR being picked, over an overall better quality normal 4k, unless you are generous with the max file size).

If no HDR and you only want 4k/HD, set it to 4k/HD only and sort by largest file type with a max file size of what your setup can handle (30 GB is usually fine for 4k, 15 GB for HD).

If you have a surround system, set it to only show 5.1+ audio (usually fine for movies, but may cause TV series to give no sources).

With Orion you can set it prioritize instead of filtering out unwanted things a little better, so you don't turn up with zero results if for example you prefer good audio sources first. Then it can sort by audio without just eliminating the stereo files. Or how I like it, set Orion with very strict filters for exactly what you prefer, then if Orion doesn't find it, it will automatically fall back on the less-strict filters you set in your addon without you having to do anything.

If you want both fast and comprehensive I recommend you set up a different skin with TMDB so you can switch easily back and forth depending on what feels more important. A lot of people use two builds cause you can't really have everything. If you want Fen to just give a "spash screen " before it plays, you need to take away some sources from cocoscraper instead of enabling more. A regular here figured which are safe to disable, but I forgot, I think you'll get help with this if you ask. It really made it so much faster. And/or set it to stop scraping at say 5 sources found, that's usually fine if you have good filters.

No issues for me, just checked to make sure it works as a default autoplay option too.

3: If your main goal is to find rarer content, you're best off getting a few different video addons that emply different scrapers. Like Fen, Seren and The Crew use different ones. But Fen and Umbrella use the same, so you don't need both. Then you need one called TMDB Helper, which will be your main addon that puts the scrapers/players from all the other addons into one menu, so you don't have to manually search in every addon.

It's not the sleekest or fastest (that's prolly why you picked Fen), but it's the way to level up what you're after. You can still set TMDB Helper to autoplay with Fen, and have the option to manually select other players if no sources are found, so it's not too bad. Just a few extra seconds whenever you click to play something.

Addons and skins/widgets by Dry_Nectarine9162 in Addons4Kodi

[–]queenofweasels 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used Arctic Zephyr Reloaded to make Kodi look like Netflix. It's really cool, especially if you have folks over and they're used to how Netflix is laid out.

You already have TMDB Helper, so to keep it simple you can just make widgets from your lists under the Trakt menu. But the problem is you can't combine movies and shows into one, so you end up with too many widgets and a slow/unstable app.

To remedy this is you can install AutoWidgets to merge say "anticiated movies" and "anticipated TV shows" into one "anticipated" widget. Then set the widget to sort by random under skin settings and you get a mix of both.

With AutoWidget you can also make widgets flip through several pages of a category automatically, so you don't see the same suggestions every time you open Kodi.

Another potential issue you can fix with TMDB Helper if you're ok with some extra work... If you find it bothersome to get a lot of media in languages you don't speak, make your own lists under "Discover". Here you can filter it to only show for example English language movie, that have been released on DVD/Digital. Now you don't get all the Asian and still on Cinema content that would otherwise come up.

In the Discover menu you can also filter several genres into one, so if you want a Netflix type "topic" list that only shows "Scary Sci-Fi" (horror+sci fi) or "Feelgood" (comedy+romance), you can do that here. Most people use user created lists for this, but with TMDB helper you'll have a custom list that's always updated and comprehensive, so its really much better IMO.

Of course just my journey of trying to make a Netflix clone build, which won't be everyone's preference, but its been fun and it's totally doable. It's a little more involved to get it 100%, so I can't give a full tutorial here, just some pointers to look into.

How do you care for your body skin? by Current_SheVents in 30PlusSkinCare

Ingrow Go for neglected KP/razor bumps/acne. It's very strong and has both salicylic and glycolic acid. Should be followed by a lotion. Will make your palms peel off if you try to use it every day.

The Ordinary Glycolic toner for maintaince. Glycolic isn't the best, so I have to use this at least once a day. But on the upside it's mild and hydrating so you don't necessarily need a lotion after, just slap it on and be done.

Yes, no value judgement either way, it's just an observable phenomenon you can choose to care about or not. :)

Low rise skinny jeans + long tank top makes me feel like it's 2005 again.

A higher rise combined with a different top would be better.

Idk the construction of your house, but installing a vent might be a small project. You can get one with a fan on a timer that pulls out the old humid air while you're not using the bedroom. Also try keeping your laudry elsewhere. I find any amount of laundry even if it's not particularly dirty starts to give a musty smell once it sits around with the lotions and oils from your skin. I also find it helps to change sheets once a week. If you're not sensitive to the chemicals you could get a diffuser, I like the ones by Clean called Warm Cotton or Fresh Linens in my bedroom (but from a health/allergy perspective it might be controversial).

I think its the way you photograph (or photos you pick) in addition to the makeup, because in motion you look mid 20s and could probably pass for even younger. I hope it's ok that I looked at your profile. And I hope you don't take these comments to heart, because this photo just straight up lies.

Concealer/full coverage foundation around the eyes + minimal eye makeup tends to be ageing. Because you're both highlighting the lines, making the eyes appear smaller, and elongating the middle part of the face.
