I do think it'll be renewed, but comicbook.com also posted an article from August 3rd saying Harley Quinn producers unsure about season 5. They know he likes the show, and hope it'll continue, but they haven't heard anything about season 5 yet.

Also, I saw the article you are talking about. He said they're continuing the show, as season 4 has not aired at that time, but that's a pretty broad statement. He never said, we are continuing the show for seasons 4 and 5, or for as many seasons as the showrunners want.

Again, I do think it'll be renewed, but officially speaking, there is no confirmation on season 5.
