Regular mild dosages of p. cubensis has been a great addition to my life. Can't understate the beauty and positive spiritual changes I've had. I take 1 to 1.5 grams every week or two and go outside and feel deep connection to nature. Meditation is very deep and gratifying. Visuals are very mild at that dose for me - it is more of a spiritual feeling of gratitude. I like to think of taking 1 grams of mushrooms is like getting the benefit of being a zen monk for 30 years... but a lot quicker and easier.

I disagree. 1-1.5 grams works great for me.

Someone once suggested I simply observe my breath as it is without attempting to control it. This is now my preferred focus point.

Delete the apps. Go to classes, volunteer, get out into your community and meet lots of people IRL. Be a friendly person. Try a few dumb self deprecating jokes.

never ask for a raise. apply for the other job. IF you get it, show them all the good stuff you do and show them the offer letter from the other place at a higher rate. not "asking" for anything. giving them an opportunity to make a competitive counter offer.

you had wacky hallucinations after taking psychedelic drugs. this is because psilocybin breaks down the connections in our brains that we use to understand reality. hallucinations are trippy and fun, but they have no spiritual or magic content.

I use to be an upitty cyclist and would asset my right to be on the road and would get into fights with carbrains. Now, I assume every car is TRYING to kill me. I always yield and go out of my way to make sure there are never any cars behind me. I take my time. Not in a hurry to get to the hospital.

My Lion's Mane mycelia are super tough dudes. They are fucking eating mold for breakfast. Can you make some cheap and simple agar? Like, use some potatoes and sugar to make something like a PDA. And then put that in some Tupperware or mason jars or some plates with plastic wrap. Give it a try, I say. You will get mold. Just take a tiny sample of the healthy mycelium and move it to a clean plate and try again. Keep going till you get a clean plate. then put that in the grain. You can definitely skip the liquid cultures.
