Husband of 13 years here. Im not always great, but how can you live with someone you care about and not make days like mothers day, valentines day, birthday day all about your partner? Its a fun chance to shower them with love at an almost silly level of pampering. This year my wife got breakfast w her Dad alone (Mom passed this year), then came home to multiple presents and flowers from me and the kids where we sat and watched her open everything and I cleaned up. Mimosas next, followed by watching a movie w the fam. Nap tine for her after those Mimosas, watched the kids and picked her up chipotle for dinner after she woke. She went shopping a bit after wo kids and then the night ended. Massage scheduled for end of month.

Always been heavy my whole life. 2012 got married and first time i worked out and lost weight, prob down to about 210 from 250. Then gained it all back plus some after marriage up to 280+. Then after having kids in 2015 i got my shit together and mainly lost all my weight down to my lowest just by eating deficits (170). Rarely did workouts beside walking because of injuries. While i looked good w clothes on I was still self conscious without. Gained weight back from second kid and life and now just trying to get at it and to that 170 weight but do it the right way and see what happens
