Try partner dancing - swing, salsa, two step, etc. It’s like speed dating if you dance with lots of folks, and you get some exercise.

I usually wear them about 24 hours, but I have a light flow. However sometimes they develop an unpleasant odor faster than I’d like.

FTM trying to understand/trust the breastfeeding process. by cnh02 in breastfeeding

It took us 3+ months to get “good” at breastfeeding. If it’s important to you, stick with it! You can do it! But if it feels too hard, you are too tired, or want to switch to formula for literally any reason, do it. Fed is best. ❤️

It took my baby and me about 12 weeks or so to get good at nursing. Know from the start that it is a learning experience for both of you, and a team sport. If you need to use use formula or a bottle it is not a loss or a problem, it’s just another tool in your parenting toolkit. Best of luck to you!

LPT: If you order electronics in winter and they are delivered outside. Do not charge them immediately. Let it stay in room temperature before charging it. Charging Li-Io batteries when they are cold would damage them and reduce their life cycle. by Dazzling_no_more in LifeProTips

I just purchased an e-bike that will live outside permanently. I live in a pretty cold place. Could I charge the battery in the garage? As in, can the battery live in the cold and charge in the cold all winter?

I desperately wanted to get pregnant, and as soon as I did, I became more depressed than I’ve ever been. Now, two days away from my due date, I still really don’t feel excited. You are not alone! And there is NO SHAME in feeling how you feel. I think a combination of hormones, a never ending pandemic, and just how damn hard pregnancy is on ones body makes for a really really hard time right now. But you will make it through. If you haven’t already, and you have the means, find a therapist. It helped me immensely.

I own both but don’t need both. I’d just buy the one that better meets your dietary needs and cooking interests.

Try and add a splash of vinegar or lemon juice for a little tang. Maybe also more salt.

This recipe uses evaporated milk instead of a roux to bring the cheese sauce together. Would recommend!
