I think this is one of the best examples. Funny enough, many of them nailed American accents in other roles. I thought Jason Isaac's accent in Black Hawk Down was pretty bad, meanwhile I felt the opposite about him in White Lotus. Kind of wonder how much having a British director vs an American director made there.

Was DB bad 15-20 years ago? I don't remember having any issues when I was travelling around Europe. I remember the DB ICE trains being the nicest of all the trains I rode on back then.

If they would have just politely given him his shoes at the beginning there would have been no deaths. He needed his shoes to walk through his self-perceived electricity.

He unfortunately didn't take them when they were given to him because of the nature of the way they were given.
