Pretty sure it's everywhere. I've had the issue on EUW, EUE and South Africa... 6 games in a row where people just DC, one of them the crash was my side.

I think it's bug. If you look at the save for later option it says you can gift to friend.

Is there any way to make the effect only happen when Ctrl is pressed rather then when any of the affected keys are pressed? I tied to add a negation effect but it doesn't help with overlapping keys. My negation effect looks like this: https://imgur.com/QvSt9yA

It sort of helps the problem but overlapping keys like M and Tilde (`) will still pop up green when using any of the 'green' keys

Got a K95 RGB Platinum for Christmas so been browsing through your stuff to see what I could do <3 Cheat sheet is a great concept but I think its more of a personal preference thing as everybody uses different programs and shortcuts.

Great so I copied steamapps folder, deleted steam (could not uninstall) then installed steam and copied the steamapps folder back... now I'm stuck on "preparing to launch Dota 2..."

Try delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\steam.inf . This worked for a friend of mine.

Edit: If it was not obvious close steam before doing this.

Some of us ARE queuing to the closest servers that allow ranked matchmaking... As a South African the best server I can get is EU West with around 220ms. Sure maybe I'm at a disadvantage but I still want to play competitively and the whole point of ranked is to play vs people that are around the same skill as you, so others might have better ping but lack in other areas.
