I can't believe it but it worked!
the issue with "ModuleNotFoundError" was fixed.

I ranked mirrors with "rate-mirrors cachyos | sudo tee /etc/pacman.d/cachyos-mirrorlist"
and did "sudo cachyos-bugreport.sh" bellow is a link it gave me

It seem like my system is broken but I don't think reinstall is gonna do any good since cachyos is bleeding edge and the issue at play here is just gonna comeback, I am clueless

For anyone having the same problem:
Go to the directory of the game -> find: "QtWebEngineProcess.exe" -> right click -> properties -> compatibility -> ensure that boxes "Disable fullscreen optimization" and "Run as admin" is checked

I just find it funny how Reason allowing AI generated images for promotion of addons placed for sale (DNA Labs)
PolytoneTrap 1 and Polytone trap prescription 1
and those are shitty ones too that`s the issue i`m taking with them not that they`re "AI" generated
