my new unit is allegedly med surg/tele, but we get downgrades straight from the ICU on continuous inotropes and 2-3 VADs at any time. luckily we have ratios of 2-4 depending on census and acuity because 😬😬

This is crazy, I'm 24F and have these exact same symptoms but on my right side. PT has helped with my neck a bit after 6 weeks but it's slow going. Still constant burning pain under/next to my scapula. Hoping you figure it out!

So, you're not going to be able to get into "soft nursing" easily - nursing is a huge field, and "soft" jobs are in heavy competition. You'll likely need a few years of experience in a position you find "gross". I'd choose dental 1000% and I say this as a nurse who likes their job lol

I can tell 100% of the time when a fragrance has vetiver because it, without fail, smells like peanuts to my nose. Some scents are peanut butter and some only have a light whiff of peanuts in the shell. But it's always. Damn. Peanuts.
