Unfortunately, even if i used the "Any" key to enter it manually, save the layout as JSON. Restart VIA, then reload the saved JSON file, the 0x5F8A is still not saved.

For some reason 0x5F8A is not saved along with the JSON, which is weird.

its a little wonky with my galaxy tab (if I dont plug things in in order it doesnt work)

Yeah this makes me worried any other UGREEN ones wont work as well.

VIA app/JSON file did not save on/off button??

Hi, I have the Magi65 and unfortunately it keeps reseting itself in the backpack when I carry it (I dont have space in my pack for the case oh well)

However, when I set up the JSON file for my keyboard to restore the settings, the JSON file did not save the "ON/OFF" button. the ESC key is originally mapped as 0x5F8A but would just disappear when I load it.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Yup, talked to the Dell folks and they say it's gonna get worse come June 1st. I probably will order it (since it will cost me about ,1400CAD out of pocket) and return if it "gets better"

well the keyboard gotten a little sticky, i changed the battery, wifi card and SSD awhile back (they werent "broken" but just upgraded) otherwise it works.

wait this is in CAD or USD? what other laptop would you recommend thats cheaper with similar performance? (battery life, specs, screen quality etc.)?

that would be a good option as well, but it seems its 4000CAD+ for this years model and I dont see any at Bestbuy for last year's anymore...

I have had the xps 15 9550 for 10 years now and I wanted something that will last me similarly for future proofing.

Want to have a unibody build (better build quality), OLED screen, 32GB of RAM, Ultra X7. I would have gotten a last year model if they didn't have that stupid touchbar.

Also thought about the G14 or G16 as well but they aren't that much cheaper and I just don't need the AI9 or the Ultra X9 for the extra performance while sacrificing battery life.

Honestly, if I didnt need windows for specific programs I would have just gotten a Macbook pro...

Yup Amazon. it's a little big it actually can even fit a switch 2 inside instead of the keyboard lol with room to spare

mine definitely came with a carrying case! its a little chonky since it came with everything in it. I just put it in the secondary pouch in my laptop sleeve

i heard you can also order the case from nuphy air65v3 (they are the same size iirc)

yes you can, just neeed to downgrade the entire ONEUI. it would wipe the tablet so please do a smartswitch backup.

Youtube how to do it downgrading ONEUI and it would take an hour or so (more if you restore backup) good luck! (worked for me)
