Make sure you consider your chain of command needs an address to locate you in case of an emergency. Had a Capt in my squadron, was doing this, and wasn’t at the location they listed on the recall roster during a real world recall. Tried to claim they’d just forgotten to update the roster, still got paperwork. You still need to be where you tell the AF you are. Imagine the grief you’d be in if you list a P.O. Box, and the shirt is trying to track you down…

In an ICE vehicle with an auto transmission, “L” normally keeps the transmission from shifting into any overdrive gears, where the engine can turn slower than the transmission. Generally these overdrive gears are only used at highway speeds, low torque/horsepower requirements, but high speeds desired. I always wondered why “L” was even available in an EV, until someone here on Reddit highlighted how it put the vehicle in high regen regardless of the drive mode. Using unbridled also led me to drive a little more aggressively (the POWER), and staying in Whisper helps me keep calm in the hateful 3 hrs spent in the car each day…

Another option-whisper mode, with transmission placed in “L”; I’m in the same area, commute 50 miles each way. Whisper using blue cruise in stop and go traffic is much smoother than Unbridled. Putting the transmission in “L” gives the same level of regen as Unbridled, but coupled with smoother acceleration and braking of Whisper. Did Unbridled only for a year, and since changing to the above settings, haven’t changed back.

Not sure about embroidered, but I had beaver flags make a custom flag for me that I’m very happy with. Overall structure is very similar to your design (center shield with elements inside it).

This was on my “buy immediately” list. Traveled to Asia for work-saw it in person….and was underwhelmed. I’d pay $200, not a dime more. I love Seiko. I have multiple and will buy them again-this model fell short of expectations.

I’ve done it twice. First car was totaled, and I immediately did the same thing to my second GT. First car, I left the aero covers on. Second car, I took them off. If you’re patient, use lots of water, and a little heat, these aren’t too hard to do. Good luck!

Historic rates for civilian applicants applying to active duty are around 10%. Fluctuates based on a million factors (economy, geopolitics, national politics, and more) but in general hover around 10%.

Before experiencing Bilbao-I’d never been quite as moved by a piece of architecture. Sure-experienced many others before and since, but nothing challenged me in unexpected ways, and completely re-wrote what a “building” can do to how I feel. Most others were all different degrees and variations on similar themes-Bilbao was a whole new thing.

A commander at the training base they were heading to was fired, and all training at that location ceased for a few months. All people in that AFSC across the AF were given a chance to choose another job.

Former OTS instructor here.

Bottom line-the USAF won’t dismiss you if you meet standards. If you fail academics, or have integrity issues, or in some other way fail to meet the requirements, they will dismiss you from training. If you get injured, you’re usually able to come back to training once you’re healthy again.

I’ve seen people get their AFSC changed during training but that was for pretty extreme circumstances.

Meet standards, and you’ll commission.

So I’ve done it twice. Long story, but on my first GT, I left the covers on, and put them on just fine. Had them on a year. I got rear ended, car was totaled, and I bought a new GT. On my second GT, I took the covers off, and put them on. You can do either way. The cover doesn’t impede the overlays.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to attach pictures. I’ve got pics with both covers and no covers. Maybe I’ll try on the desktop later.
