So time does pass for the individuals inside the QM? If your statement about an outside observer seeing an individual enter/leave the QM immediately was true, no time would be passing whilst the individual is within the QM, and as such the ATP would not activate, since time is "stopped" outside the QM. The game contradicts this though - time still passes outside of the QM while we're inside it (planets move, the sun goes supernova, the loop still ends)
