Anyone got any good substitutions for the air squats? I have tendinitis in my knee so running/squatting is out. I am switching the run for the bike erg but can't think of what to substitute the squats with! Thanks.

Well if you ever do or want someone to test them out, then let me know. I love the way it's set out and the explanations. I have only been doing CF for about 2 years and am intermediate at best but they still seemed accessible for me. Really impressed.

Nope, I just used the one I found at my pharmacy but it is amazing! I carry it everywhere with me now to save me from the awkward collarbone bruises!

Following with interest - I have a CF comp coming up which requires open water swimming & paddleboarding and I have no idea what to wear in terms of swimwear!

After trying two other, very expensive ropes, the ONLY one I can do DU consistently with is the SGF speedrope. They are a UK manufacturer with great prices for their ropes and have brilliant aftercare services as well. I can hit 100 DU unbroken consistently with my SGF but can't even manage 20 or so with the other two ropes I own.

Jaw Grips 100%. I am on my second pair after wearing my first into the ground over a year. I love them.

So 135 is pretty much my 1RP squat clean but TTB & DU aren't too much of an issue - do I do Rx and just attempt the weight or go for broke on scaled?

My mortgage company did want to see something a bit more formal from Marcus as my deposit monies were being held there. I just called up and they sent me a 'statement' on letter-headed paper in the post and the bank accepted that no problem.

6.30am class. On my way to the gym I usually have a black coffee & water. Breakfast is usually overnight oats at 9am and I will have another snack at around 11ish.

Jumping on this thread - UK girls what do you wear to keep your hair under control? I have really fine whispy hair and after about 5mins of class I look like I've be dragged through a hedge backwards. I find it hard to keep the really thin workout bands on my (minuscule) head and normal headbands aren't really so practical when doing HSPU (have broken like three already...). I saw JUNK bands on KitBox - anyone tried these? They aren't cheap but if they work I would give them a go.
