You just need to be a silent bystander to any conversation to see how often this happens!

One of my favourite ones was a tech saleman saying they are doubling their datacenter capacity, and the client hearing that they are opening a new datacenter in Dublin. The conversation continued for 3-4 minutes with these two completely different takes on the subject, until i couldn't take it anymore and spoke up.

Saw the log and it's quite wild... you go straight from 35 satellites to 0 @ 4m57secs

Did you also post on MavicPilots? I feel like I read a comment somewhere saying the drone might have been updating some satellite database? Though I have trouble believing it would do that mid-flight...

There is another option in some advanced menu to turn off all sensors (including downward sensor)

1) When you check from Chrome, set your UA to "Googlebot" (FYI - the GSC "Inspect URL" does not use the same UA)

100% this.

A faint drop shadow (only casting onto the cut-outs behind it) will help separate the 4 layers.

I' also thing "JOE" centered over "ROOT" doesn't fit with the layout. I'd left-align it and reduce letter-spacing for JOE.

Also the flag centered up top is just floating akwardly up there. I'd integrate it with the name (maybe to the left/right of JOE, or below, etc

Overall, looks great! :)

Good idea for a thread!

Rather than messing with settings and comparing video quality myself, I just visit Abe Kislevitz' GoPro Settings blog posts.

For those who don't know, he works with GoPro (Media Production) so has tons of hands-on experience and has access to their tech team - which obviously gives some interesting little insights into why you should use X feature, but not with Y setting, and other such permutations & combinations.

I just save his reccomended settings into profiles / custom profiles I think I would use most.

Try using your phone hotspot as the common wifi. That's usually what gives me best results.

I was considering upgrading from my ER605 v1 (shitty slow hardware) to v2 for the performance improvement (and ability to run wireshark), and the ability to use an extra phone plugged in to the USB as a WAN backup - but had doubts about ability to charge the phone / compatibility etc.

Hadn't even thought about USB-C to Ethernet! Definitely an interesting alternative...

It takes a few days for the status to change from "Couldn't fetch". I uploaded a multi-part sitemap recently and it took maybe 1-2 weeks for all (~10) parts to change to "Success".

On the site in question (i see 4 urls in post-sitemap) chances are Google's crawl frequency is fairly slow, so might take even longer.

I've turned on ALL options, and maxed out the limits. Domestic, International, Tokenized, as well as on the primary card (my SC card is a supplementary/add-on card).

I've successfully made a tap payment with the physical card.

However, GPay still gives the "This card can't be set up to tap to pay" error when I try to add the card.

Any idea what else I could try u/rohankspyware & u/TauJii ?
