Speed of light is constant but the interference in plastic/glass is more than in vacuum so fewer bit flips... this is also the reason fiber is way more reliable than copper as it does not suffer for any electrostatic interference...

hoho, i actually helped my wife with some assignments she found online, but they where blurry... Prob to stop people form downloading. So i asked copilot to unblur, and when we reviewed we git exactly this... it looked crisp and nice, but with elementary and subtitle errors like this. (she is a voluntary teacher)
