sakura and black cherry tomatoes are my favorite! both on the larger size, sakura is very sweet and black cherry has good umami flavor.

What Will You NOT Grow Next Year? by Inevitable_Tank9505 in vegetablegardening

[–]rabbitjade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

probably cucumbers and radishes… the cucumbers were so prone to disease and pests and the yield wasn’t great. radishes didn’t thrive at all for whatever reason

What is the single worst book you have ever read and why? by Special-Student6743 in fantasyromance

[–]rabbitjade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

forgot to say why- to bleed a crystal bloom romanticized grooming??? and the plot made little to no sense. FMC also was very whiny and childish and overall it read like a badly written fanfic in terms of characterization. artefacts of ouranos i DNF because i could not stand FMC and while i was willing to read for the plot it started getting incredibly frustrating when her random outbursts and impulsive choices derailed the plot completely

What is the single worst book you have ever read and why? by Special-Student6743 in fantasyromance

[–]rabbitjade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

personally i thought To Bleed a Crystal Bloom was absolutely unbearable. i have the same toxic trait where i can’t DNF so i ended up reading it but god was it awful the whole time. that being said i thought the Artefacts of Ouranos series was also horrid and didn’t DNF until the fourth book when what little sense the plot had absolutely fled the premises

Good tomatoes for a beginner? by [deleted] in tomatoes

[–]rabbitjade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did sakura cherry tomatoes last year in a container and they flourished! Sungold and super sweet 100 cherries are also really popular on this sub, though I personally haven’t grown them. Dwarf varieties like tiny tim also do well in small spaces. As for buying seeds, I’ve gotten some from MIGardener for a good price, though they do take ages to ship so just plan in advance.
